Carl Pavano pitched another rehab start last night. He threw one inning, 9 pitches, and then came out of the game with tightness.

This is now officially hitting the point of ridiculous. If he takes any more steps back, he won't make it back by June 27th, the last time he pitched for the Yankees. He could pull off the impossible, being out a full year without a major injury or surgery. Just miss an entire season with little stuff. Unbelievable.
