Consolation

The only consolation I have about the Mets is that, thanks to the Yankees in 2004, people have to specify that this might be the worst regular season collapse of all time. Those two little words do help ease the pain a little bit.
But only a little bit.

I noticed that on Mike and the Mad Dog earlier in the week... I smiled, too.
I am still bummed that all three of our teams aren't be in the playoffs, though.
