Pettitte in August

August has always been Andy Pettitte's best month. This year has been no different with the Yankee southpaw going 6-0. That pushed his career record to 45-16 for that month passing another Yankee southpaw, Lefty Gomez, for the highest August career winning percentage since 1900.

That might not seem like the most impressive record, but still, only 6 pitchers get to have a best winning percentage for a specific month, and while I don't know who the other five are, I bet they're pretty good.
