It's Just Not Right...
Tim McCarver is announccing the Yankees-Mets game today as he's on Fox's #1 announcing team. Does it seem odd to anyone that he would be announcing this game or that he's on a #1 team considering he's been let go as both the Yankees and the Mets announcer for local broadcasts?

I just seems odd to me that he's the #1 FOX announcer given that he's incredibly annoying and an obvious, sometimes gushing, Yankee fan.
