Burrell's Baserunning Blunder

I just watched a play I've never seen before. The Phillies had Bobby Abreu on third base and Pat Burrell was on first with one out and Ryan Howard at the plate. Howard hit a fly ball to deep left. Abreau tags up and easily scores. But Burrell lost count of the outs and has rounded second base and is half way to third. The throw comes in and doubles Burrell off first base. Since it was a force play, despite the fact that Abreu had scored about 5 seconds before the out was made, the run didn't count.

That's a ridiculous baserunning mistake to see in the Majors.
