Who's the worst GM in baseball?

Vote for yourself in a tremendous and long-overdue poll. I'm so bummed out I didn't find this sooner - I wish I could have voted from the start. I find it pretty amazing that Brian Cashman advanced past the first round; I don't think I would have voted for him.

I assume this was put together after Allard Baird was put out of his misery, as he isn't included in the fun. For what it's worth, my list would begin and end with Dan O'Dowd now that Allard is gone, followed by Bavasi, Sabean, Hendry, Bowden and Littlefield.
