Ticket re-sellers on the way out?

A judge in Boston has ruled that fans can sue ticket brokers who re-sell Red Sox tickets for more than the state-allowed mark-up of $2 plus reasonable "service charges."

Well it's about time someone started paying attention to this law. If this puts brokers out of business, that's fabulous. Hopefully this goes through to trial and they get some actual results. And if it eventually leads to the break-up the scam the Cubs have going, even better.
