Crazy game in the Bronx

I assume Ross is at this game, which is why he hasn't posted about it, but good lord. The Yanks were down 9-0 early with Giambi out of the lineup with a neck injury (???), but faught back to take an 11-10 lead, only to have Scott Proctor give it right back in the top of the 7th. It's now 12-11 Rangers.

And elsewhere, I'd like to personally escort Ambiorix Burgos back to Omaha after he blew yet another save tonight. Yes, I have him on my fantasy team. I hate saves.

Was that last homer completely inevitable or what?

And, man, that was a crappy lineup the Yankees put out there. Cano may be a promising young 2B, but he's no #5 hitter. But you know those Rangers pitchers...

Almost as inevitable as A-Rod swinging at the first pitch and flying out...

I just thought the most amazing thing about the game was that it was only 9 innings.

The Yankees fell behind 9-0, and 10-1. Came all the way back to take the lead. Fell behind again. Tied it up. Fell behind again. Then won the game. That's hard to fit all that in to only 9 innings.
